Ingredients: Probiotic cultures, inulin, antioxidant ascorbic acid, potato starch, vegetable magnesium stearate, plant-based capsule (HPMC).

Dosage:

1 capsule daily
Suitable for long-term daily use
The capsule can be opened, and the contents mixed with liquids or solids (not hot).
If taken with antibiotics, ensure a 3-4 hour gap.
