Application:
Sharpen the pencil to expose the fine tip for precise application. Draw a line along the upper and/or lower lash line, and blend with the NEE MAKE UP Eye Brush No. 5 or 6 to create your desired look.

Ingredients:
Formulated with a blend of Isododecane, Polymethylsilsesquioxane, and Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, this pencil provides smooth application and long-lasting color. May also contain Iron Oxides, Titanium Dioxide, and Mica for rich color payoff and pigmentation.
