Description:
This creamy eyeliner provides a precise, customizable result with an intense, opaque black color that enhances your eyes. Its soft, ultra-pigmented texture allows for a simple, flawless application, defining and accentuating the shape of the eye. The eyeliner comes with a brush inside the pack, ensuring easy and immediate use.

How to Use:

• For a Natural Effect: Draw a thin line along the upper lash line, starting from the inner corner of the eye and moving toward the outer corner. For longer-lasting wear, we recommend applying NEE MAKE UP Radiant Eye Primer beforehand.
• For a More Intense Look: Begin by drawing a thin line from the inner corner of the eye and gradually intensify it toward the outer corner for a bolder finish.
