Common Usage: One capsule and one tablet with food or on an empty stomach (with water). Avoid taking it late in the evening as the increased energy may interfere with sleep.

A relatively recent (2016) systematic review and meta-analysis of 17 randomized studies showed no significant effect of Ginseng on systolic, diastolic, or mean arterial pressure, though some evidence of slight reduction in systolic pressure was found in individuals with diabetes, metabolic syndrome, or obesity.
