Instructions:

For Lashes: Use the dedicated applicator brush. Apply in the morning before makeup and every night onto clean, dry skin. Sweep the applicator brush along the top and bottom eyelash lines, similar to applying liquid eyeliner. Allow the product to absorb before applying other products.

For Brows: Use the dedicated spoolie. Apply morning and night to the roots of clean eyebrows. Sweep the spoolie along the full brow area. Let the product absorb before applying other products.
